Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If they don't meet with your complete satisfaction, return them for a full product refund. We wouldn't have it any other way. All our duvets are guaranteed for 10 years and our pillows for 3 years – it’s as simple as that.
We welcome new and returning customers
And we welcome your feedback. Please drop us a line if you have a question, or if you’d just like to tell us how delightful your new down duvets, feather duvets or down pillows feel. If you’ve received the wrong thing or you’re not happy, or if your order is delayed, please contact us immediately so we can sort it out. Our customer care team is available for questioning – and will answer your email query faster than you might expect!
Cancellation Policy
You may normally cancel your order for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time, by e-mailing us at sales@myduvetandpillow.co.uk, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 3 days.
Hassle-free Returns
We hope you will love your purchase. In the unlikely event that you should find it unsuitable or are not entirely satisfied, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt, unused, in perfect condition and with the original packaging and you will be entitled to a refund or exchange.
Delivery Details
All orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you at checkout.
Standard Delivery:
Cost £4.95 per delivery address.
Monday to Friday only.
Please allow up to 3 working days for your delivery.
Next Day Delivery:
Cost £8.95 per delivery address.
Monday to Friday only.
This guarantees delivery of your order the next working day, providing we receive your order before 12 noon.
Returning your Product
Fill out the Returns Form enclosed with your order, noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund. If you haven’t got one, a returns form may be obtained by emailing us as returns@myduvetandpillow.co.uk.
Please ensure that all returns are packed and labeled carefully. Goods are returned at your own expense. We recommend you obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
Should you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you. Please be advised our address for all returns is:

Please note that replacements for exchange or damaged goods will not be dispatched until the original item has been received and undergone a quality control check at our warehouse.
Receiving a Refund
Refunds to you will be made within 3 days of the date of receipt of returned items. All correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.
