How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Most orders placed before 2 p.m are fulfilled the same business day. Order placed over the weekend/public holiday are fulfilled the following business day. Once your order is processed, you'll receive an shipping confirmation email with a tracking number(s).

When will I receive my order?

Once dispatched, all UK orders should arrive within 5 business days. For next-day services, this will be the following business day after dispatch. International orders should arrive within 7-14 business days. You can track your order at any time by visiting the delivery tracking page here.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I return an item?

I've returned an item, where's my refund?

We aim to issue a refund for returns within 3 business days of receiving the return. Do bear in mind that once returned, it may take a little time for the return to reach us. As always, you can get in touch with us here, and we'd be happy to assist.

Are my details safe and protected?

Absolutely! Any payment info you provide when placing an order is transferred via a super-secure (bank-level encryption) payment processor. We do not store, nor have access to your full card details at any stage.
